Can I use an advance to assist with the line extension?

Check out the Gas Advantage Program. New Mexico Gas Company created this program to assist customers with the costs incurred for installing natural gas service to homes and small businesses. In accordance with Rule No. 16, customers may be provided an advance to apply toward the cost of the line extensions and/or new service lines. The Advantage Program is available to all potential residential and small commercial sales customers. Anyone receiving natural gas service at the address will be responsible for payments toward the advance balance.
